Premium
Premium is offered on Monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly plans. Longer plans come with a lower effective per-month rate.
All prices are charged in pound sterling (GBP); your bank converts to local currency at its standard rate. Paid subscriptions are currently available in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Taiwan — the free tier remains available globally. All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Credits pack
£0.99 for 5 credits. Extend a child's screen-time for a single session — handy for occasional one-off allowances without changing your subscription.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed.

How payment works
Charges are taken by Siu Cheung Lam, a UK sole trader trading as KidGuard, and will appear on your statement as KIDGUARD.FAMILY. KidGuard is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. All prices are charged in GBP.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout — KidGuard never sees or stores your card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Frequently asked questions
When am I charged?
You are charged immediately when you start a Premium subscription, for the first billing period. Renewals are charged automatically on the same day of each subsequent period until you cancel.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — you can switch from Monthly to a longer plan at any time. The new plan starts at the end of your current paid period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the previous plan.
What if I cancel mid-period?
Your Premium access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. The next renewal will not be charged. We do not issue mid-period refunds. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Which currencies are supported?
All charges are in pound sterling (GBP). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank converts at its standard rate at the point of charge. Paid subscriptions are only sold in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
